Our irregular dodecadoku are 12 X 12 jigsaw sudoku. Instead of having nine 3 X 3 square areas, you have 12 areas with irregular shapes. The rules are the same as for a classic sudoku. You need to find by deduction twelve different digits by row, column and area.
The digits used are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C
You have 60,000 puzzles presented in two forms and three levels.
Forms: Symmetrical or asymmetrical.
Levels: beginner, confirmed and expert.
All these 12x12 puzzles are solved through a series of logical deductions. It is not at all necessary to use groundless hypothesis or multiple choices to find any solution.
To distinguish better between areas, there are four types of print:
• White background.
• Hatched background.
• Shaded background.
• Colored background.
If the borders and/or the colors of the grid are not printed, check if the "Print images" option of your browser is not switched off, else you can download our grids as PDF files and then print them. You will get a faithful presentation of our irregular 12x12 sudoku grids.

Choice of puzzles: Our irregular 12x12 sudoku were designed and graded so that at the same level the higher the puzzle number, the more difficult the solution, with this nuance that in this classification, at equal levels, symmetrical puzzles are a little easier to solve than asymmetrical ones. Indeed, the symmetrical puzzles have an additional constraint - precisely to be symmetrical - so they have fewer empty squares to solve. Also note that the aspect of difficulty is subjective, because different solving techniques suit different people.
Why play 12x12 jigsaw sudoku? The irregular dodecadoku is a variation of 9x9 irregular sudoku. Veterans of sudoku will find new visual configurations. The beginner and confirmed levels are solvable by visual eduction. Only the expert level requires you to pencil in the candidates if you cannot see the solution.
• Puzzles "Beginner" are fully resolvable by "Inclusion" while accepting other methods.
• Puzzles "Confirmed" are fully resolvable by "Inclusion" and "Exclusion" while admitting to other methods.
• Puzzles "Expert" are solvable by "Inclusion", "Exclusion" and "Pairs exclusive".
For more details on these three methods for resolution, identical to the regular sudoku, see: General help.
A 12x12 jigsaw puzzle is symmetrical when the cells that compose it are arranged equally around the central square known as the center of symmetry. This is only esthetic and does not change the resolution mode of the grid. Indeed it is the puzzle that is symmetrical and not the solution. However, the advantage of aymmetrical puzzles is that, having one less constraint, they allow the elaboration of more difficult problems.
